Prabowo Subianto, the President-elect and Chairman of the Gerindra Party, sent his congratulations to the Labor Party on its 3rd anniversary through a video message. This message was delivered at the ‘3rd Anniversary of the Labor Party’ event held at Istora Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (18/9).
In the video, Prabowo apologized for not being able to attend the event in person due to a prior commitment. He expressed his long-standing commitment to fighting for the rights and welfare of laborers, farmers, fishermen, and all Indonesian citizens, especially those who have not yet fully experienced prosperity.
Prabowo emphasized his advocacy for an economic system that is based on Pancasila and family values, rather than a capitalist or neoliberal economy that goes against Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. He highlighted the importance of working together as a nation to build a progressive and developed Indonesia by properly managing the country’s wealth and addressing challenges, including corruption.
