Toyota TRD Pro Line has offered some great color options throughout its history: Army Green, Electric Lime, Terra, Mudbath-the list goes on. This year, Toyota adds another sweet color to its already strong palette: Wave Maker. Developed by the Toyota Calty Design team, Wave Maker marks the eleventh unique paint choice for the TRD Pro line. It is one of five colors available on the TRD Pro models for 2025 (for now), alongside Ice Cap, Magnetic Grey, Midnight Black, and the aforementioned Mudbath.

With Wave Maker, we were inspired by untouched adventure areas, including extreme regions and even beyond Earth. This new color is similar to the Heritage Blue color offered on other models like the 4Runner and Land Cruiser, but it still has its unique charm. It stands out from its sibling colors with a brighter finish and more blue-green hues. In fact, there are not many colors on the market currently that can match it. Wave Runner will be available on the TRD Pro versions of the 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia starting later this year. Toyota has not confirmed whether there will be an additional charge, but expect an additional price increase between $350 to $475 if there is one (and it’s likely there will be).
