Jakarta — Indonesian Minister of Defense and future President for the 2024-2029 term, Prabowo Subianto, was present at the launch of the Indonesian national team’s jersey for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The event took place at Nusantara Garden, The Dharmawangsa Hotel, South Jakarta, on Friday (5/6).
Prabowo arrived at the launch event at 17:30 WIB and was welcomed by Raja Sapta Oktohari, Chairman of the Indonesian Olympic Committee (KOI), Anindya Bakrie, Chef de Mission for the Indonesian contingent at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and Minister of Youth and Sports, Dito Ariotedjo.
Upon his arrival, Prabowo greeted the guests and inspected the “Red and White Jersey” designed by Didit Hediprasetyo for the Indonesian national team participating in the Paris 2024 Olympics, which was showcased at the exhibition.
“Yes, I received an invitation. It’s the Olympic jersey for our team. I think it’s good,” Prabowo commented.
He expressed his wish for the Indonesian team to excel with spirit and confidence at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The jersey designed by Didit primarily features red and white colors, with the Garuda bird emblem prominently displayed on the left chest.
